HSM 3

So, I followed my friend, Vanessa's advice and got myself a five-year-old (and a 10, 8, 7, 6, and 4 year-old) and went to High School Musical 3 over the Thanksgiving holiday. I LOVED it.

Singing. Check.
Dancing. Check.
Cheesy. Check.

After watching it I wanted to sing and dance and felt I could be ANYTHING I wanted to be (Doctor? Sure. Basketball player? No problem. Broadway? Here I come...).

After the show we were in the lobby and Boo thought I was a little weird when I started dancing some of the moves from the movie. Oh well, won't be the first time she'll be embarrassed by me.

P.S. Is it a little weird I got misty-eyed during the movie?

I totally teared up during the movie. In fact, we listen to the cd daily here, and every once in a while when i'm feeling especially sensitive, the tears return. I'm not ashamed. I mean, they graduated from highschool for crying out loud! I'm not made of stone!

Hey Julie
I am so happy you found us on the Colyar’s blog. Of course I remember you guys! It is so much fun to see your cute blog and your even cuter kids! We have been in Nebraska now for about two years and we are really enjoying life in the U.S. Where are you living? Still haven’t seen High School Musical 3 yet but the kids went on opening night! I will check back often! Love, Lora

Yes, it's weird. Don't let anyone tell you different.

I haven't seen any of the movies, but when my Beehives tell me about them Touch of Class comes to mind immediately... :)

Ditto!

I took my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. My boys even like it, especially the make-believe sequence in the junk yard.

I could have done with Sharpays' ultra-mini skirts. Eee-gads!
